Industry Projects -
Our End-to-End Support

Through our simple 5-step process, we provide your institution with end-to-end support in organising guaranteed projects for your students...

Step 1 - We Co-Design the Projects With You
  • We start by understanding what your specific requirements are for implementing industry projects into your courses (e.g., start and end dates, types of projects required, learning outcomes and academic assessment)
  • Through our employer network, we'll then engage with companies who would be well placed to host your students on an industry project
  • Through conversations with companies, we'll define projects with them that are specifically designed to meet the requirements of your courses
Step 2 - We Onboard the Students
  • University students and staff will be onboarded onto the 'Impact Platform'
  • All students are assigned a dedicated ‘Experience Success Coordinator’, who is a member of staff at Impact Consulting who will introduce students to their company to organise the 1st meeting and will be available to students at any time during the experience, for additional support
Step 3 - The Industry Projects Begin
  • Students will have their 1st meeting with their company, which is also attended by their Impact Consulting 'Experience Success Coordinator'
  • Students can access e-learning training content, resources and templates through the Impact Platform to support them during their project
Step 4 - We Oversee the Projects
  • We remain available at all times during the projects, should any issues arise
  • University Staff will be able to track the live status of all projects through our Staff Portal, where they will also be able to view half way company feedback
Step 5 - We Ensure a Successful Completion
  • We’ll collect final company and student feedback and share with university staff
  • Students will receive a Certificate of Completion to support their future job applications
