Placements - Our End-to-End Support

Step 1 - We Co-Design the Placements With You

We start by understanding what your specific requirements are for implementing placements (e.g., start and end dates and the types of placements required)
Through our employer network, we'll then engage with companies who would be well placed to host a placement
Through conversations with companies, we'll define placements with them that are specifically designed to meet your requirements

Step 2 - We Onboard the Students

Students and staff will be onboarded onto the 'Impact Platform'
All students are assigned a dedicated ‘Experience Success Coordinator’, who is a member of staff at Impact Consulting who will introduce students to their company to organise the 1st meeting and will be available to students at any time during the experience, for additional support

Step 3 - The Placements Begin

Students will have their 1st meeting with their company, which is also attended by their Impact Consulting 'Experience Success Coordinator'
Students can access e-learning training content, resources and templates through the Impact Platform to support them during their placement

Step 4 - We Oversee the Placements

We remain available at all times during the placements, should any issues arise
Staff will be able to track the live status of all placements through our Staff Portal, where they will also be able to view half way company feedback

Step 5 - We Ensure a Successful Completion

We’ll collect final company and student feedback and share with staff
Students will receive a Certificate of Completion to support their future job applications
